Andy ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information. When you sign up, we store your email, name, date of birth, and sex (optional) for personalization.
Mood entries. Your mood ratings, feelings, activities, notes, and timestamps are stored to provide the core tracking and analytics features.
Onboarding responses. Your answers in the onboarding quiz (goals, stress symptoms, sources) are used to tailor the experience and are stored with your account.
Health data (optional). If you connect Apple Health or Google Fit, we may sync steps, sleep, exercise, heart rate, and similar metrics for health-related features. This data is only collected with your explicit permission.
Your data is stored securely with Supabase (hosted infrastructure) and is only accessible to you and to our systems for providing the service.

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for the service they provide.
If you enable reminders, we store your notification preferences locally and use Expo's push service to send them. We do not use push for marketing.
